This process ensures that all staff at Keep In Touch Communications Inc. can care for your immediate communications needs as opposed to relying on a singular support person. Activations, ESN changes, mobile number changes, account enquiries and troubleshooting can be accomplished by contacting our main office and speaking to any member of our Corporate Support Team. This new process saves time, and promotes order accuracy and overall efficient account management.

• Complete Corporate Focus: Keep In Touch Communications Inc. has located itself in an environment that caters to the professional accomplishment of our ultimate goal: Servicing corporate accounts and setting a standard of efficiency and success throughout the industry. Our new location, at 2680 Matheson Blvd, E, includes a fully-functional order processing environment, a showroom for showcased handsets and products, a boardroom which will serve as a quiet meeting environment for our Corporate Consultants, Bell Mobility network representatives and our clients, and a satellite office, so that our clients can logon to the web while at our location and care for any time-sensitive issues that may arise.

• Improved Online Ordering Environment (KITcom.ca): KITcom.ca will do it all, and will then automatically send you a confirmation of your received order, as well as an e-mailed invoice and detailed monthly activity reports. KITcom.ca was designed with fast, easy and efficient account management in mind, and will streamline the ordering process for all Bell Mobility communications products. From cell phones, to Blackberries, to Wireless Data Devices, ExpressVu Satellite Systems and Sympatico High Speed Edition Internet services, KITcom.ca is your new ordering centre for all your communications needs. Secured by private usernames and passwords, KITcom.ca will allow you to manage your entire fleet, monitor employee access to corporate-sponsored discounts, reserve a loaner phone or book a Handsfree Car Kit installation. Multiple payment methods will be available to corporate, EPP and retail clients, with credit card number encrypted, and then discarded. Credit card numbers and sensitive data will not be stored on a server.
